Baked Chicken & Brocoli with Rice


  • 4 chicken breast halves - boneless & skinless
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 box frozen chopped brocoil
  • 3/4 cup long grain white rice - uncooked
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Preparation -
In an oblong baking dish, combine soup, water and rice. Arrange chicken pieces on rice mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 375 for 70 minutes.
