- 12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
- 6 oz. butterscotch chips
- 1 can of chow mein noodles (5 or 6 oz.)
Combine the chocolate chips and the butterscotch chips in a microwave safe bowl. Place in a microwave oven and cook on
medium power for 1-1/2 minutes to about 3 minutes, or until all the chips are melted. Stop to stir and check every 20 to 30 seconds to make sure the chocolate does not scorch. Or... place the chips in the top part of a double boiler and heat until the chips are melted.
Remove from heat. Pour the chow noodles into a large bowl. Add the melted chocolate and gently stir until well blended. Drop the mixture by rounded teaspoons full onto
a waxed paper or parchment paper lined tray. Let stand until firm and dry. Store in an airtight container.
