Pecan Pie

Try Karen's pie crust with this recipe.

     
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup - such as Karo® syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 T. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1-1/2 cups pecans
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Preparation -  
Combine the eggs, corn syrup, sugar, flour, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix until well blended. Stir in the pecans. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell. Bake in a preheated oven at 350º for 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
