Dear fellow Batch ’81 Alumni,

Many things may have changed as we moved on with our separate lives since we parted ways more than twenty years ago when we bid goodbye to high school life, embarking on journeys to seek our own places under the sun. After all these years, it is time to touch base with each other again and re-kindle the embers of the flame that kept watch over our young lives.

The year 2001 saw the rekindling of the old ties that bound us. Each encounter was a chance to renew old ties, yet at the same time presented the most welcomed opportunity to build and strengthen new relationships. It is our hope that by sustaining this renewed kinship, we may be able to reach out to more of our fellow alumni so they too may share in the joy of unity, sharing and support that we have found in each other.

It is because of this growing number of connected, and committed, alumni that our organization – the Rizal High School Batch 1981 Alumni Association, Inc. – was conceived and born in 2002. The alumni homecoming on December 28, 2002 further reinforced this bonding between Batch ’81 alumni when the organization was officially launched and its first set of regular officers were elected. With the structure now firmly in place, we can start in earnest the arduous task of locating and contacting the rest of our fellow alumni and prepare for our Silver Jubilee on 2006.

This site welcomes all alumni of RHS Batch '81. This is our window to the world, allowing us to reach out to as many of our batchmates as we can, especially those who are out of the country and could not be physically with us. Through this site, you can be with us in thought and in spirit. We welcome all contributions to make the site content informative and enjoyable. Articles, messages, pictures, audio and video clips can be published here. Isn’t technology simply amazing?
