My Cobra Hierarchy
In my Joe universe the Cobra Hierarchy has begun to splinter because of all the bickering and nothing being done                     Cobra Commander and Destro have started to go at each other's throats they have started to gather allies Cobra Commander has the entire Cobra army behind him Destro has the Iron Grenadier army behind him. Some soilders joined Cobra Commander because they want Cobra to stay the same or they are getting a better position in the Cobra machine. Some are joining Destro since they are Iron Grenadiers at heart or they want a revolution in Cobra. More will be told in a fan fic coming SOON
