Blonde Capitols

There was a group of people standing around 
talking about how stupid blondes are. There was a 
blonde female in the group and she was really 
offended, so she told them that they were being 
unfair and she told them that she is really smart, 
and blonde too. So they asked her if she knew all 
the states and capitols, and she said, yes of 
course. So they asked what the capitol of 
Wisconsin was, and the blonde said, 'W.'
