Fresh Tomato Salsa 4 large ripe tomatoes, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch dice 1/4 to 1/2 cup sliced scallions or to taste 1 to 2 cloves minced garlic 1 to 2 small pickled or fresh Jalapeno peppers Olive oil to taste Red wine vinegar to taste Salt Combine all of the ingredients and season to taste with salt.
