4-5 Stalks Celery (Chopped)

1 Large Green Bell Pepper (Seeded and Chopped)

1 Large Yellow Onion (Chopped)

2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil

2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (Lightly Packed)

2 teaspoons Dry Mustard

Chili Powder (To Taste)

1 1/4 Cups Catsup

1 Cup Beef Broth

1 teaspoon Vinegar

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper

Hamburger Buns (As Needed)

Add Cooking Oil to a large skillet and heat.
Add the chopped Celery, Onion, and Bell Pepper
and cook until the vegetables are barely tender.
Stir constantly to prevent burning. Add the Ground Beef
and cook until the Beef is browned. Stir well while
cooking to break up the Beef. Drain off any excess grease
and add the Brown Sugar, Dry Mustard, Chili Powder,
Catsup, Beef Broth and Vinegar. Stir to combine all ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Season to taste with the Salt and Pepper.
Serve over open face Hamburger Buns.
Garnish with Tomato Slices and Dill Pickles, if desired.
