Crockpot Beef Goulash

Ingredients:

2-1/2 pounds top round beef roast
1 large onion -- sliced
3 tablespoons oil
2 cups Water (Up To 4 Cups), to cover meat
8 ounces tomato sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
3 tablespoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 tablespoons flour

Directions:

Cut roast in 1 inch cubes. In Dutch oven, brown meat, and onions in
oil. Add to crock pot with water, bouillon cubes, flour, tomato
sauce, paprika, and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours,
until meat is tender. Serve over noodles.
