2 Pounds Round Steak (Tenderized)

Salt and Pepper To Taste

1-1/2 Cups Flour

1 Cup Milk

3-4 Tablespoons Cooking Oil

1/2 Cup Margarine


Cut the Round Steak into serving sized pieces.
Dip Steak pieces in milk and coat with flour.
Heat the Cooking Oil in a large skillet and Fry
the Steak for about 2-3 minutes per side.
Keep the Steak warm while preparing the Gravy.
Add the Margarine to the Pan Drippings and
slowly--a bit at a time--add Milk and Flour,
stirring constantly until the Gravy begins to thicken.
Serve the Steak with your favorite vegetable.
Serve the Gravy by pouring over the Steak Pieces.
