Dutch Oven Autumn Soup

1 lb Ground beef
1 c Onion, chopped
1 c Carrots, chopped
1 c Celery, chopped w/leaves
1 c Potatoes, chopped
3 c Water
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Kitchen bouquet
1 Bay leaf
1/8 tsp Basil
1 Can stewed tomatoes w/juice

Brown beef and onion, drain. Place in large Dutch oven. Add the
remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and
simmer for 1-1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
