New Brunswick is a college town and has a large minority community which makes it hard to steal from. Try the Rutgers College campus though for free food, just go to club meetings for the food, or try to sneak into Brower Commons for some food. The Library is open to 1 am so you can sleep there in the days. The stores in downtown New Brunswick are impossible to steal from. There is FNB somewhere in New Brunswick not sure where.
