Degrassi Sites:
Mark Polger's Unofficial Degrassi Site. Wow. Can you say "jam-packed"? This site is the creme de la creme of all online Degrassi resources. Pictures (which I stole some of), episode guides, sounds, links, character descriptions, authentic interviews with cast and crew members, fan fiction, The Degrassi Digest ... the list goes on and on. I could not have made my little page without the use of this site, for both information and inspiration!
The Degrassi Update. Since 1996, this site's webmistress -- with the help of several sharp-eyed folk -- has been posting sightings of Degrassi cast members. If somebody has seen them around Canada, on a movie screen, or whatever ... and reports it to this page ... their sighting will be there for the world to share! An oddly addicting and captivating page; it's a little hard to describe, but go to it (right now!) and you'll see what I mean! I very much wish I could post a sighting, but what would a Degrassi person be doing in dull old Washington state? (I've been to British Columbia a few times, but they don't seem to B.C-een much around there, either.) Oh well. A few Degrassi-ites themselves have even contributed corrections and feedback here!
AJ's Degrassi Universe. The funniest Degrassi site. AJ's universe cracks me up, especially the character bios and episode guide! He also has some more neat stuff, including a unique tribute to the Zit Remedy. A must-visit!! (And not just because I swiped a couple of pictures, although I did, so you can also see where those originally came from in addition to the laughs.)
These are the tales of Degrassi. Like Wheels and Mrs. Jeremiah's money, I took several pictures from this website. What does the website offer, other than photos (which there are tons of, including exclusive ones from Rebecca Haines's collection)? EVERYTHING! David Nashtir provides information on all of the different Degrassi serieses, as well as wonderfully written character descriptions, interviews, and loads more. There's even a pic of Pat Mastroianni and Darrin Brown doing those famed dishes!
Degrassi Square. A very beautiful and extensive page, complete with pics and some groovy character tributes. "Joey" and "Kathleen" both signed the guestbook here, so sign it too, and be as one with them!
Degrassi's Always Greener. And another unique Degrassi site! It might be difficult to find your way around at first (or maybe that's just me), but be sure to make the effort, as there's plenty of pictures and other things worthy. (I particularly like the design of this site.)
Degrassi Street. At this cool little page, you'll find: an episode title list with some summaries, great chronology-style character descriptions, and pictures ... among other things! Welcome to Degrassi. An informative page complete with facts, fans' thoughts, and links-o-rama ... including ones for those way-intriguing Degrassi Talks books excerpts. The webmaster even made this page extra-special by dedicating it to the one and only ... Neil Hope! Degrassi Interactive. Creativity creeps into this site in large doses. It doesn't have much to do with the shows we actually know. It's more of a fan-fiction kind of thing. Go there and see what I mean! There's a cool profile of the future Emma Nelson, plus some nice essays about Degrassi. Degrassi, That Famed Canadian TV Series. I like this page very much, as well. Good information and interesting thoughts abound! (Comes with "Degrassi Dreams" and a drinking game ... pillows and beer sold separately.)
Andrew Sutcliffe's Page. Uh, no comment.
Ryan's Degrassi Page. Ryan's isn't the largest of sites. However, I quite enjoy his character bios, and there are a couple of sound bites as icing on the cake! (I swiped a picture from him, too.)
Nottski's Degrassi. Hmm, I dunno about this page. Nottski claims to have composed it himself, but after taking a peek at the episode guide, my buddy Deja Vu began to scream, "AJ's site! AJ's site!" (Then again, who am I -- the picture thief of the world -- to be complaining?!) Anyhow, some of his character bios are also kinda childish and mean, but his heart was in the right place ... so you may as well take a look.
Laura and Dawn love Degrassi. They sure do! A cute little page, this comes with any Degrassi lyric you might be craving. My Degrassi Page. No, not mine. That's just what this page is called. Whoever the "my" in question is, he or she has put together still another informative source! Degrassi Word Play. Ha. A weird page, yet fun. My favorite "joke" is the one about Shane!
And more sites -- Degrassi character descriptions
Someone's future site 'bout the show Degrassi at the IMDB. (I have a comment here, back from when I didn't even remember the name of Stacie Mistysyn's character. Look how far I've come!) (Yes, ladies and gentlemen, that's Joey's very own official website! Silly URL name, but don't let it fool you. The site is jam-packed with stuff ... and it's not at all R-rated. Like anyone thinks it is.)
More Things Degrassi:
The Degrassi Digest, archived. Yes, The Digest archives are available on Mark Polger's wonderful site, but you can always use a shortcut. I LOVE the archives, by the way! Pictures from that Jonovision reunion. These are too funny! BLT looks exactly the same. Shane, Snake, and Ms. Avery look more or less the same. Joey has Daddy Warbucks non-hair. Spike is spike-less. Stephanie K. looks like Ann M. Martin. If you missed the reunion like myself, these pics are sure to keep you entertained! Pat's Ebay auction page. Take a l@@k. Buy something! (I would, if I had the money.)
Strange questions about the cast. Are they ... criminals?!
Who would you KILL on the show??. *snicker* ... How psychotic. Fun, though! Claude used to be the number-one choice, but Degrassi fans must have realized they were too late, because as of now poor Arthur is. Once, when I was looking for a Joey picture to steal, I inadvertently "killed" him. Sorry, Joey!
Degrassi Daydreams. A "Yahoo club", to which I belong. More assorted fun -- Interview with Pat on lots of stuff
An article written by Stefan Brogren. (Snake has a "potty" mouth!) Interview with Pat regarding Music Works Interview with Anais Granofsky about the movie she directed TV Guide blurb about Mr. Mastroianni
Fame Tracker: Celebrity Vanity Sites Reviewed. (This place pokes fun at Pat's official site, along with sites by Jodie "The Devil" Sweetin of Full House fame and Tina Yothers of Family Ties. It's not very nice, but oh well. There's an accompanying message board, too.)
Strange page with, uh ... gossip?. Go to 2000.02.09 List of Youth in Film Awards nominees. (This list is ultra-nostalgic -- all kinds of kids and programs I grew up with were nominated that year! Even "Oliver" from The New Leave it to Beaver -- wow!!) Other Projects Of The Cast Members:
Music Works. Pat Mastroianni-hosted show.
Liberty Street. A show Pat was a thespian in, rather than host of.
Circle of Fear. Something (a short film?) with Stacie Mistysyn, "Clare" from 90210, and the ever-present Pat Mastroianni.
Mystic Knights of Tir-Na-Nog. A show that starred Vincent Walsh, a/k/a Patrick. See fairly up-to-date pictures of him! (Well, dressed in knight-wear.) There's an interview with him, too!
Three to Tango. Anais G. was in this film (I bet for "so long", but still.) Godzilla. Pat appeared (very) briefly in Godzilla.
Saving Private Ryan. Vincent Walsh got to be an extra on the beach! Summer Fling. Another film featuring busy Patrick. Anne of Green Gables -- The Continuing Story. Billy "Shane" Parrot had a little teeny (but speaking!) role in this telefilm. Production companies of Degrassi producers -- Psycho Key. The official site for Kyra Levy -- or, Maya's -- band! A drama class taught by ... Allison?!
