This special nursery is where the youngest baby ponies are raised after they have been brought back from the birthing pool. At the moment, we have six sets of newborn twins, and a brand new newborn baby who may look a little familiar to you. Permanent resident of the nursery is Baby Tiddlywinks, who though not a newborn, finds this special haven the most safe and comfortable in all of Dream Valley.
Milkweed and Tumbleweed
These two are were the first of the newborns to be brought to the nursery. They were born on the hottest day of last summer, and came tumbling out of the warm waters of the Lake of Origins. As such, they have been named by Majesty Milkweed and Tumbleweed, reflective of the circumstances in which they were found. They are very eager little ponies and love nothing more than to be cuddled and smothered with lots and lots of pony love.
Rattles and Tattles
These two little unicorns are a rowdy pair, cauding much of the chaos that seems to always be going on inside the nursery. They've been reprimanded often for their rambunctious tendencies, but so cute are they that they rarely ever suffer the consequences. These two have been born with the ability to wink and have already mastered the magic. Of course, for now it helps them wreak havoc.
Noodles and Doodles
Noodles and Doodles are the brains of the bunch, even though they are barely a few months old. Noodles (the pink baby) is female, and she is always full of creative new ideas and sayings. Doodles (the blue baby) is male, and he is very adept at learning new words and phrases from the older baby ponies, like Baby Tiddlwyinks. They look more dissimilar than any of the other pairs of twins, but are perhaps the most alike.
Nibbles and Dibbles
Nibbles and Dibbles are truly the most carefree infants in the nursery. They rarely ever come out of their bassinet, even to play, and can be found rolling within the comfort of their cushioned crib, giggling and gurgling as babies do. They have just recently become conscious of the fact that they have wings, and have started poking biting the other's to see what they might be. A truly adorable pair of young ponies.
Sniffles and Snookums
Sniffles and Snookums are the sweeties of our group, and the adult ponies literally fight over who will get to take care of them once they wake up. They love being strolled around all the nether parts of The Golden Autumn by adult ponies who love watching them stare with awe at sights they have never seen before. Sinffles and Snookums (or S&S) are little ponies with big dreams, so wait and watch for these two to conquer the world!
Jangles and Tangles
Jangles and Tangles are the hungry pair, voraciously devouring any and all amounts of pony milk to be found in the nursery. Because it is mostly the earth ponies who produce Pony Milk, they have grown tired of having to provide enough for six pairs of newborns, including one that only stops drinking when they are asleep, and even then they like to have a bottle to suck on! Jangles has yellow hair, while Tangles has white. It is expected that their hair shall remain the same as they mature.
Newborn Baby Sundance
Here is the newest and youngest of the newborns of The Golden Autumn, Newborn Baby Sundance! She is an adorable little earth pony, and seems to have inherited her mother's talent for jumping. Newborn Sundance has an elder sister who comes to visit her during the day, though it looks like little Sundance is already learning to crouch and pounce on anything and everything in sight!
Baby Tiddlywinks
Baby Tiddlywinks was the first baby pony to be brought up in the nursery after it was first built. But while the other baby ponies have all settled into various other parts of Dream Valley with their mothers and other of their kind, Baby Tiddlwyinks has proven a real homebody, and refuses to call any other place home. She has anointed herself guardian of the Baby Pony Nursery, though she has yet to prove she has any idea what that means. She is still an infant at heart.
