Max Wright plays Wille Tanner, the man of the house. Although he gets angry at ALF for being a pain and he's usually the butt of all of ALF's jokes and insults, he seems to share a unique bond with the alien life form.

Anne Schedeen plays Kate Tanner on the show. Her main beef with ALF is all of the food that he consumes, running their grocery bills sky-high! Not to mention, he never cleans up after his meals.

Andrea Elson is Lynn Tanner. ALF always has particular interest in her habits since she is the only human teenager he's ever met. However, he never causes her as much trouble as he does Willie.

Benji Gregory, as Brian Tanner, gets along with ALF the best. They are always laughing and having fun. Although ALF seems to be rubbing off on Brian, and Kate and Willie aren't too happy about that!
