Hi All The Latest Round up of my Swimming Results in Reading we won Bronze when the unoffical results came out but then two team were DQ so we up to sliver medalist personaly I got fastest split on the 4 x 50m Freestyle Relay I did o.k in the events I had I fell in off the block but it was ruled in my favour by the starter one of others swimmers was moving it was a good job there was not a no false start or one start rule a swimming term we use anyway I came away three silvers & two sixth but there fourth & fifth so I was happy.

Results for 1996,1997,1998,1999,2000 & 2001

Mencap & Gateway National Swimming Championships at Ponds Forge Sheffield all I will say with four awesome swims & retrain the regional trophy I am set to well in Cardiff The Events 25m Freestyle & Backstroke in P.B s 19.96 secs Gold Medal but I did a five seconds P.B on the Backstroke & got a speeding ticket 100m freestyle 2.03.64 in fifth place then staright back in for 100m Breastroke placed fourth in a time of 1.55.95 so I am on target to do well for Cardiff in just three weeks time.

Good swims at BT Regionals Swimming Championships at Watermeadows in Mansfield.

Results I swum the 4 x 50m Freestyle Relay & 4 x 25m Freestyle Relay, 100m Breastroke 50m Breastroke 50m Freestyle 3 x 25m Medley Relay 8 x 25m Freestyle Relay open sliver medals two & two golds aslo.

At Southern Regions Swimming Championships at Reading I swum the 100m Breastroke 100m Freestyle 50m Freestyle 4 x 25m Freestyle Relays 4 x 25m Medley Relay one Gold one silver one fourth one fifth. so a good meet.

All Club,Regional,National & International for example The BT National Open Long Course Championships At The Famous Ponds Forge International Swimming Complex in Shefffield where I am training with City of Sheffield Swim Squard in on Tuesday & Thursday Morning Training & Sunday Evening then off to Hull on Week ending of April 12th or 13th then May 12th off Enfield in Essex on May 12th Then six days later The ESAPLD National Swimming Championships at Sharley Park Leisure Centre in Chesterfield on May 18th where I am doing 50m & 100m Breastroke events. so I will let know the diary will unfold over the season.
